Framing conditions for a beam intersecting a perpendicular supporting beam or channel at a building corner. The supported wide-flange or channel beam aligns its end with the perpendicular beam flange, utilizing a full-height shear plate welded to the web with connections sized per plan. A full-height stiffener plate is provided on the opposing side of the web in accordance with structural sheet S-520. Minimum clearance and alignment requirements govern the corner geometry.
