This structural detail shows a concrete slab-on-grade haunch at an entrance transition. The interior slab features a depression at the entrance with reinforcement extending into a six-inch continuous haunch. Compressible filler and a bond breaker separate the interior slab from the exterior slab. Reinforcing includes two continuous number four bars and development length detailing within the haunch.
