An existing concrete masonry unit wall features a grouted core infill with a six inch maximum dimension, filled using Sika 328 high performance grout or an approved equal applied per the manufacturer's recommendations. The concrete substrate must be mechanically prepared to a minimum one eighth inch surface profile, cleaned, and saturated surface dry prior to pouring grout. A number 5 lap dowel is embedded into the CMU wall with drilled and epoxied connections as required. Patch surface sections as needed using Sika Top 123 plus material.
