A precast or cast-in-place concrete wall panel bears on a concrete footing anchored by a WT6x13 by one foot zero inches embedded shape connected to a WT8x13 by one foot zero inches shape in the footing. The assembly is reinforced with two #7 by three foot zero inch flared bars in the panel and two #7 by four foot zero inch flared bars in the footing, staggered on both sides as shown on plan. A quarter-inch fillet weld secures the embedded steel connection. Minimum three-inch concrete cover is maintained throughout the foundation junction.
