A concrete slab on grade bears directly on top of a concrete wall with a typical thickness of three inches. The slab features a thickened haunch detail at the wall intersection with a one foot typical dimension unless otherwise noted. Reinforcing steel is detailed within both the slab and the concrete wall to tie the assembly together.
