A structural beam frames beneath a precast concrete panel joint, aligning with the centerline of the beam. A half-inch thick steel plate measuring one foot eight inches by the beam depth plus four inches embeds into the underside of the panels. Nine three-quarter inch diameter welded stud anchors at seven-inch gauge spaced across each side of the panel secure the embedded plate. Dimensioned spacing from the panel joint runs four and one-half inches, followed by two intervals of seven inches, and ending with two and one-half inches.
