A hollow structural section beam supports architectural cladding and roof deck panels, tied together with 2x2x1/4-inch angles on each side of the hollow structural section. Fillet welds of 3/16-inch size connect the structural steel components on each side. The roof deck and beam sizes are sized per partial plan, while the vertical cladding extends upward per architectural drawings.
