A wide flange brace with a pinned connection attaches to a gusset plate centered on the intersecting wide flange column and wide flange floor beam. The gusset plate design is provided by the manufacturer. A standard beam connection with four bolts secures the floor beam to the column. The floor deck and finished floor elevation are positioned relative to the structural members.
