Deck bearing embed plates align at a three-quarter-inch joint between two concrete tilt-up panels. Embed plates support the deck bearing, with placement governed by dimension X, measured from the tilt-up panel edge to the center of the embed. If dimension X is less than four inches, relocate the embed plate away from the panel edge to maintain a minimum four-inch clearance for all installations. Embed plates are specified per detail 1 on sheet SE702.
