A concrete slab on grade ties into a concrete tilt-up wall panel using number four by two-foot-six-inch dowels spaced at eighteen inches on center. The dowels are epoxied into the concrete tilt-up panel and threaded on one end, providing a secure mechanical connection. A minimum concrete cover of one and one-half inches is maintained at the panel interface. Half-inch diameter heavy stud anchors are also specified for the assembly.
