A galvanized hollow structural section HSS4x4 post supports a galvanized W10x26 wide-flange beam, welded with a five-sixteenth-inch fillet weld. A channel section C5x6.7 frames into the assembly, featuring three-sixteenth-inch fillet welds and connecting to a C5 channel supporting the roof deck. A plate measuring one-quarter inch by five inches by six and one-half inches long is fastened with two three-quarter-inch-diameter machine bolts spaced at two and one-half inches on center, detailed in Section A-A. The top of the C5 channel is set at elevation 479 feet four and three-quarters inches with a four-foot five-inch offset. Connections reference sheet S6.05.
