A structural steel angle, sized L5x3x1/4 with long leg horizontal, fastens to a tilt-up concrete panel via an embedded or attached one-quarter-inch steel plate welded to the angle. Two five-eighth-inch diameter by four-inch Titen HD heavy-duty screw anchors secure the assembly to the concrete panel.
