This heavy structural base plate assembly consists of a 64mm thick Grade 550 base plate bearing on a 1020x1100 concrete pilaster with a compressive strength of 50MPa. The assembly is secured by sixteen 36M Grade 75 Dywidag threadbar anchors noted as not to be torqued. Shear lugs located below the base plate engage shear lug openings in the concrete support.
