A wide-flange beam connects to a wide-flange column web using a welded shear tab and bolted web connection. Top and bottom stiffener plates weld to the column web aligned with the beam flanges. A two-sided connection is provided where framing occurs on both sides of the column with a half-inch maximum clearance.
