An unreinforced masonry wall of twelve inches minimum thickness anchors a ledger or other attachment using three-quarter-inch diameter threaded rods set with Hilti HY-270 epoxy. The anchors feature an embedment depth of eight inches, utilizing straight bolts or pre-bent twenty-two and a half degree bolts as indicated. Holes are drilled using a rotary drill set to rotation only without impact drills per ICC reports, with clearance distances ranging from one inch minimum to two inches maximum. Spacing of the threaded rods is provided per structural sections.
