An L 6x6x1/2 angle brace spans diagonally between adjacent moment frame beams spaced at a maximum of 10'-0" on center. Each end of the brace connects to a 3/8 x 5 x 5 plate using one 3/4" diameter machine bolt. A three-sixteenths inch fillet weld secures the connection assembly to the beam flange.
