An electrical panel with a maximum weight of 554 pounds is secured to a stud wall using four 1/4-inch diameter self-drilling Teks screws into backing. The enclosure is constructed from 18-gauge minimum sheet metal per electrical drawings. Wood or metal backing is provided at the stud wall to support the heavy loads. The installation is detailed relative to the finished floor elevation.
