Steel framing connections are detailed for intersecting steel beams and tube columns using bolted web plates and welded web stiffeners. A beam-to-beam connection utilizes a web plate bolted to the supported beam web and welded to the supporting member flange, complete with a web stiffener plate required when intersecting beams are offset more than one foot from each other. A beam-to-tube steel column web connection utilizes opposing web plates bolted to the framing beam webs across the column profile.
