The detail illustrates a beam-to-column and bracing connection framing into a steel column. It features stiffener plates welded to each side of the column web top and bottom, with a 1/2" offset dimension and a working point (WP) at the column center. Diagonal beams and typical diagonal members are connected with bolted gusset or framing connections.
