The concrete tilt-up panel is anchored to the concrete footing via a 3/4 inch by 12 inch by 1 foot 4 inch steel embed plate secured with four 3/4 inch diameter by 8 inch long heavy-duty sleeve anchors. An L6x6x3/8 inch angle, 8 inches long, connects the panel to the embed plate assembly. The connection is reinforced with a 5/16 inch fillet weld at the angle-to-plate interface. The panel embedment is detailed further in reference detail 6/S240, while panel size and reinforcing are specified per the elevation drawings.
