A rectangular 3/4-inch thick steel embed plate of fifty ksi steel features two and three-eighths inch diameter holes matching the anchor bolts. The plate is surrounded by anchorage reinforcing including twenty-eight number six 'C' bars placed in the specified orientation. Ten bars are equally spaced along the three-foot four-inch span, and eight bars are equally spaced along the two-foot four-inch span. Edge distances and spacing dimensions coordinate the reinforcing layout around the central embed plate.
