A three-eighths-inch by two-foot fifty KSI collector transfer plate connects to supporting steel beams below the metal roof deck. Three seven-eighths-inch diameter bolts with double nuts secure the transfer plates through fifteen-sixteenths-inch diameter by two-and-a-half-inch slots located in the opposite plate. A deck angle or metal deck extends beyond to frame the adjacent metal stud wall assembly. Transfer plates space at six feet on center maximum.
