Steel curb angles are embedded into concrete using six-inch long headed studs spaced at twelve inches on center with three-inch end clearances as indicated on the layout. The headed studs provide composite anchorage and shear transfer for the steel angle edge protection. Additional dimensions establish the precise placement of the anchor studs along the length of the curb angle profile.
