A continuous concrete foundation wall is supported by a spread footing with a minimum width designated per plan and a minimum depth of one foot. The spread footing contains one continuous number four rebar at the bottom with three inches of clear cover typical. The stem wall features two number five reinforcing bars placed horizontally at the top and bottom unless noted otherwise, paired with typical panel reinforcement sized per plan. Slab dowels match the size, spacing, and quantity of the panel dowels, extending into the adjacent slab with a twenty-five-inch minimum lap. A concrete ramp or landing pad occurs at the top slab edge where indicated, featuring seven number four reinforcing bars spaced at eighteen inches on center. A twelve-inch minimum embedment and clearance is maintained for the slab interface.
