Equipment is mounted directly to a concrete slab on grade or to a housekeeping pad with specified edge distances and height dimensions. Mechanical equipment sizes and layouts are sized per plan and coordinated with MEP drawings. Anchor edge distances are maintained at four times the anchor diameter.
