Cold-formed metal studs sized per plan terminate at a top track sized per plan with a lapped track joint at the corner. Two number eight screws at twenty-four inches on center connect the corner studs. Four number eight screws fasten the clip track flange at the lapped track joint. Interior finishes are installed per architectural drawings.
