Added tendons are grouped with continuous strands in the post-tensioned slab. Fixed-end anchorages are placed horizontally at the mid-depth of the slab, with anchorages staggered by twelve inches if more than two are present. Number 4 reinforcing bars are tied top and bottom to anchorages and extend six inches past the last anchor. Continuous tendon support bars and chairs maintain proper vertical alignment.
