A concrete housekeeping pad is supported by a concrete slab on grade. The housekeeping pad is anchored using number four by six inch dowels epoxied into five-eighths inch diameter by three inch drilled holes spaced at forty-eight inches on center maximum each way, with a minimum of four dowels per pad. The concrete slab on grade is sized per plan.
