An uplift anchor bolt assembly uses a heavy steel washer plate measuring four inches by four inches by one-half inch thick, or alternatively a four-inch diameter by one-quarter inch thick round washer plate. The washer plate accommodates a maximum oversized hole tolerance of one-sixteenth of an inch.
