Panel end and edge joints are spaced one-eighth inch apart. Spacing between lines of nails is reduced as necessary to maintain a minimum three-eighths inch fastener edge margin, with a minimum spacing between lines of three-eighths inch. The engineer must be notified if any of these requirements are not met.
