A 10 gauge bent plate pan and riser form the stair tread, filled with one and one-half inches of concrete. The tread assembly sits atop a support angle measuring one and one-half by one and one-half by three-sixteenths inches by six inches long, which is welded to the stringer with a three-sixteenths inch fillet weld on three sides. The tread connects to the angle with a one-eighth inch fillet weld two inches long. The riser connects to the stringer with a one-eighth inch fillet weld top and bottom of the riser.
