A steel base plate of thickness per schedule bears on a three-inch maximum layer of non-shrink grout above a concrete foundation. The assembly is secured by one-and-a-quarter-inch-diameter anchor bolts featuring a leveling nut and a hooked embedment of one foot with a four-inch hook length. Washers are provided at all oversized holes beneath the standard top nuts.
