A reinforced concrete stair slab bears on a concrete foundation with a minimum thickness of 8 inches, featuring number 3 reinforcing bars spaced at 12 inches on center each way. The stair connects adjacent to a concrete slab on grade sized per plan, supported by a concrete wall and footing sized per plan and schedule. Continuous reinforcing bars tie the stair slab into the foundation elements.
