A 2x10 skylight curb connects to double 2x sub-purlins using two Simpson A35 framing anchors at each corner. An 8-inch Simpson HRS8 strap connects the curb assembly to the supporting framing below, secured with 10d nails spaced at 6 inches on center. The contractor must double up the sub-purlins specifically at the skylight location per the structural notes.
