A skewed steel beam frames into a column flange using a bent plate connection sized per plan notes. The beam flange and web stiffener are cut where necessary to clear the support. Edge distances for the bolted connection measure 2 inches for two and three bolts, and 2-1/4 inches for four or more bolts.
