An open web steel joist bears onto a wide-flange W-beam supported alongside a tilt-up concrete wall panel. A continuous 3/16-inch bent plate ties the W-beam and joist bearing assembly back to an embedded 1/2-inch by 5-inch by 0-foot 5-inch steel plate fastened with 5/8-inch diameter expansion anchors at 2 feet on center with 4 inches of embedment in standard holes. A continuous 1/2-inch by 8-inch by 1-foot 0-inch bent plate features a 2-inch diameter drilled hole at the bolt location. An L2 1/2 by 2-1/2 by 1/4 angle brace is welded with 1/4-inch fillet welds and skewed as required. Additional connections utilize 1/4-inch fillet welds spaced at 1-24 stagger from the weld centered on the bolt.
