The assembly consists of a cold-formed steel wall stud seated within a continuous bottom track. The stud is secured to the track using one number 10 screw at each flange. The bottom track is specified as a minimum 800T125-43 for 8-inch walls, 600T125-43 for 6-inch walls, or 362T125-43 for 3 5/8-inch walls. Metal wall framing is installed per the project plans.
