A steel ledger splice connection bridges across a concrete panel joint. The assembly features a steel ledger anchored by three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch embedment anchor bolts installed in thirteen-sixteenths by two-inch horizontal slotted holes with double nuts tightened finger tight only. Two anchor bolts are provided on each side of the ledger. A one-half-inch by three-inch by one-foot-zero-inch splice plate bridges the panel joint where it occurs. Fillet welds of one-quarter-inch and five-sixteenth-inch sizes secure the steel components.
