A three-quarter inch diameter stainless steel anchor with a three-inch leg is embedded in a cast-in-place concrete pier providing a five thousand pound service capacity in any direction. The pier measures eight by twelve inches and features three ten-millimeter ties secured with epoxy, alongside two fifteen-millimeter by two thousand millimeter extra reinforcing bars in both top and bottom directions. Additional fifteen-millimeter reinforcing bars are placed at each corner with one and a half inch bottom clearance. A note directs the builder to check architectural drawings for placement locations.
