Steel beams frame into a central column with continuity plates aligning at the top flange elevations. Bolted shear tabs connect the beam webs to the column flanges, using sizing specified in the structural schedule plus one-sixteenth inch. The top of steel elevation is maintained with specific flange offset dimensions designated as TF1 and TF2. Additional bolt rows in the connection are configured per the structural plans.
