A window mullion connects back to the floor structure via a specialized connection supplied by the curtain wall manufacturer. The floor assembly consists of concrete placed over a metal floor deck, supported by a steel beam sized per plan. A steel edge angle referenced on another sheet anchors the slab edge at the perimeter. The window mullion runs vertically past the slab edge, receiving the proprietary connection hardware.
