A WT7x17 structural tee connects to an HSS hanger sized per plan, secured with one-quarter-inch fillet welds on both sides of the WT shape. A shear tab sized per schedule attaches to the lower portion of the HSS hanger assembly with bolted connections. A three-eighths-inch plate is welded at the bottom of the hanger with a one-quarter-inch fillet weld.
