A structural concrete post footing supports a trash enclosure panel with four number 8 vertical reinforcing bars and number 3 ties spaced at six inches on center. The post is surrounded by concrete fill within a twenty-four-inch square minimum footing. An erection pad footing, sized per plan, is adjacent to the post footing below the finished floor line.
