Reinforcing bar development and splice lengths are detailed for concrete members with varying depths below the bar. Splice lengths are differentiated for conditions with twelve inches or less of concrete below the bar versus greater than twelve inches below the bar. Standard hook development lengths and termination conditions are dimensioned for structural concrete members.
