A continuous L6x4 angle connects to the cross-laminated timber assembly using mechanical fasteners. A fixed clip attaches to the angle and supports the exterior stud framing. Continuous insulation wraps the assembly behind the cladding, which attaches to the studs with fiber girts. A drift and deflection joint is provided between the upper and lower exterior stud framing sections.
