Outrigger and framing conditions at joist bearing and curtain wall interfaces. Hollow structural section outriggers sized HSS2x1-1/2x3/16 are positioned within deck flutes at 12 inches on center, supplemented by HSS outriggers at 6 feet on center maximum as indicated on the plan. HSS5x5x3/8 blocking is provided between outriggers. Steel stud framing and its connection to the structure are supplied by others, featuring drift track connections designed to accommodate vertical deflection and horizontal drift. Connections utilize quarter-inch fillet welds for hollow structural section to hollow structural section joints. Spandrel framing is provided as required per architectural drawings.
