An erection pad supports a concrete slab featuring a three-quarter inch paving joint centered between slabs. Each side of the joint is reinforced with three number five minimum rebar. The pad thickness and square dimensions are sized per schedule with three inches of clearance provided. Vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars tie the concrete elements together according to structural specifications.
