An embed plate assembly consists of a three-eighths-inch by four-inch by eight-inch steel plate equipped with two one-half-inch diameter by four-inch long headed anchor studs welded to the back. The plate includes pre-drilled screw holes positioned within the perimeter for attachment purposes.
