A cast-in-place concrete foundation and base assembly for a site light pole. The cylindrical concrete pier features a diameter of two feet with vertical reinforcing bars consisting of four number seven bars or eight number five bars, enclosed by number three ties spaced at twelve inches on center vertically and three number three ties within the top five inches of the base. Anchor bolts and leveling nuts are provided per the light pole manufacturer requirements, set with a one-inch minimum clearance under the light pole base plate, finished smooth and sloping down to the concrete. The concrete top features a three-quarter-inch chamfer. An electrical conduit passes through the foundation shaft. Embedment depths vary based on the height of the pole above the base, ranging from four feet six inches for a fifteen-foot pole up to eight feet zero inches for a forty-foot pole.
