An anchor rod extends through a base plate with a 2-inch projection above the top of concrete and features washer A and a securing nut. The threaded rod extends 3 inches below the top of the base plate with a variable distance to the embedment length per details. The bottom of the rod includes washer B and a lower nut with staked threads extending 1/2 inch beyond the nut.
